Ordering & Payments


Fast and convenient, just point, click and purchase. All orders are made through our store’s website by filling out the checkout form on our store’s website.
When making an order, the Buyer is obliged to provide correct personal data: name, post address, email address and telephone number.
After the electronic communication about the receipt of the order, any order must be additionally confirmed by the Seller.
You must agree to our terms and conditions.
After order confirmation, the Buyer is obliged to make the payment to the Seller. The realization of the order begins immediately after the payment is credited to the Seller’s bank account and the order has been confirmed by the Seller. All prices shown on this website are in Euros €. We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, as it cannot be modified once submitted.

How to place an order:

When viewing an item on the product detail page and deciding to buy it, you can add an item to your Cart by simply clicking the “Add To Cart” button and specifying quantity needed.

After you have added an item to your Cart, you will be prompted to review your Cart. Here, you may review all items in your Cart, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page. Once you have reviewed the items in your Cart, you may either continue shopping or proceed to check out and place your order.

  • STEP 1

By clicking the “Checkout” button in your Shopping Cart, you will be asked to enter your billing address information. If paying by credit card, you will need to make sure that this billing address matches exactly what the credit card company has on file. If your billing address is the same as your ship to address, you may proceed to the next step. Or, you may edit your shipping address to a different address by un-ticking the “Ship to the same address” box.

Next choose which shipping method you would like to use for delivery.

To complete your order, simply confirm by reviewing the order totals and entering in your payment information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit card payments via Stripe, Paypal or Maksekeskus AS – Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, direct bank payments and cash on delivery.
Then click the “Submit My Order” button. Upon completion, you will be given an order number and you will receive an email confirmation of your order details. Payment will be debited from your credit card or PayPal account when your order is placed, or an invoice sent for Cash on Delivery orders (Harjumaa County Only) 

Change or Cancel your Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly, once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Add Items to an Order you just Placed

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us so we can make sure it is shipped out with your previous order. 

Tracking you Order

You’ll find the Tracking Number in the “Shipping Confirmation” email, sent to you once your package has been dispatched. You may also contact our customer service team, who will be happy to provide you with your order status or tracking information. To better help us assist you, please have your order number and last name on the order ready.

We do not store any credit card data, and all payment methods are 100 % secure.
Pages that require your personal information or payment details to be entered are secure. There will be a padlock icon in your browser which verifies the authenticity and validity of our website security.
We use Maksekeskus AS, Stripe and Paypal as our Payment Partners and for Card Payment processing transactions. If you are unsure, double check the padlock icon is visible in your browser window. 

Tax and Duty

If your delivery address is within European Union (EU), you will pay the price including Estonian VAT (currently 20%).
If your delivery address is outside the EU, the price to pay will be without VAT.
Our given shipping charge in the order confirmation does not include any additional customs duties, other taxes or import fees that may be levied in the country of destination. Any possible extra charges will be paid by the customer on delivery.

Currency and Pricing

All prices are shown in Euros and all payments are made in Euros, including VAT.
All prices displayed on the website are current at the time of display.
These prices are subject to variation or amendment.

Payment Issues

If your payment method was declined, it may have been unsuccessful due to incorrect information, card expiration, or insufficient funds. You can choose a new method of payment and contact your bank or the credit card company if you continue to experience difficulties placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

We always try to provide the Best Natural and Organic Products for you, and provide you with the most professional and efficient service.
We cannot provide a refund for a customer who changes their mind, orders the wrong item, wants to see or try the item and decides they don’t like it.
However, if for some reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You will be eligible for a refund under certain circumstances and fulfill the the following requirements mentioned below.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) and we will refund the return postage if we find we are responsible for the issue.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

ShippingYou will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
